Reformed Admin Solutions exists to glorify God by using our gifts to support PCA churches and ministries with part-time, virtual administrative assistance.
Our vision is for Reformed Admin Solutions to serve a multitude of PCA churches so that it can also serve Christian mothers by providing a way for them to financially contribute to their families.
MaryClaire has always enjoyed academia and loved getting to quiz her dad as he prepared for ordination into the PCA. She later watched as he pastored, often bivocationally, in rural Mississippi until his death in 2023. MaryClaire met her husband John, also a PCA pastor’s kid, at Covenant College and they have two daughters: MaryDiana (5) and Aspen (3).
Logistics and management are her strengths and she has past experience working in administration for two PCA churches.
Ariel was raised with folding bulletins as the family activity every Saturday night. Her father, Rev. David Boxerman, ministered in the PCA for 39 years before retiring in 2020. She met her husband, Matt, at college and they’ve been married since 2007. They have two sons: Elijah (5) and Theodore (1).
Media, marketing and project management are her strengths. Her background in the education sector includes an array of administration, management, and media skills.
Ariel and MaryClaire currently attend Lakeside PCA in Southlake, TX, where they met when MaryClaire moved to the area in 2019. They have been through the ups and downs of young motherhood together and love living mom life with each other. They can often be found brainstorming business ideas during a park or zoo date.
In 2025, MaryClaire and Ariel both found themselves looking for part-time work that would allow them to stay at home with their kids. They both see their primary calling as raising their children, but are also in need of additional income to support their families.
Through an amazing series of events, the Lord orchestrated the idea for Reformed Admin Solutions, where they could use their strengths to serve Him and the church.
Soli Deo Gloria!
